Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Paint Operator to handle preparation, application, and quality control of paints for Profile. You will ensure color accuracy, coating consistency, proper curing, and safe operation of equipment.

Responsibilities include training team members on paint procedures and safety. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow detailed work instructions, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or Profile Paint experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and color recognition.

Responsibilities

• Mix paints according to approved formulas.
• Match colors accurately to production standards.
• Adjust viscosity and maintain consistency and color.
• Operate and monitor paint application systems.
• Ensure even coating coverage and finish quality.
• Monitor curing/drying systems and related equipment.
• Perform inspections for color, adhesion, and finish.
• Train new and existing employees on paint procedures.
• Adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
