American StaffCorp is seeking a Coil Tester to verify coil fabrication quality and detect defects using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will identify leaks and deviations during pressure testing to ensure product accuracy and reliability.

The role involves reading engineering data, following procedures, and collaborating with the team to maintain quality standards and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred with ability to understand and follow directions.
• On-site training and forklift license provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality assurance and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Read blueprints and manufacturing instructions to determine testing procedures.
• Test coils for conformance and detect leaks during pressure testing.
• Notify supervisors of production issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Read dials and gauges to verify equipment is operating correctly.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Handle tested products for processing, shipping, or packaging.
• Contribute to team efforts and complete tasks as required.
