Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator to support production lines with precision and reliability. You will setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and adjust coil machines including fin press, expander press and hairpin tubing press, while following OMS and quality specs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience operating machinery is preferred.
Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
Excellent attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

Read, communicate, and understand OMS and job instructions.
Handle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for production.
Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press.
Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance.
Maintain quality standards and report material shortages.
Keep workstation organized and in proper working order.
Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
