Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a production assembler to build coil sections and related components from assembly drawings at our Norfolk, Nebraska site. You will handle end plates, backing plates, cooling plates, insulators, bonding materials, and cases to produce high-quality coil products.

Responsibilities include wiring and final tests, minor repairs with hand tools, soldering, calibration, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Experience in a production environment is helpful.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Math aptitude required.
• Mechanical measuring tools experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble coils and related components from drawings.
• Perform minor repairs on assembly parts with hand tools.
• Conduct simple electrical tests and voltage breakdown tests.
• Solder electrical connections and tubing on cooling plates.
• Wire and connect final assemblies; prepare for final tests.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain records.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions; perform other duties as assigned.
