Qualifications

• Read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize defects or irregularities.
• Ability to work safely in a paint/coating environment.
• Able to work effectively in a production team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for painting by cleaning, masking, and preparing surfaces.
• Hang and position parts for coating and ensure coverage.
• Support painters during coating operations and verify parts are ready.
• Maintain inventory of paint-shop consumables and proper storage.
• Clean equipment and dispose of waste at shift end.
• Maintain product traceability and comply with customer and DoD coating requirements.
