Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years milling experience or 5+ years CNC machining.
• Familiarity with Brother/OKK/YCM machines.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in manual inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers (Brother, YCM, OKK)
• Perform MDI programming for efficient part production
• Conduct manual inspections using gauges and instruments
• Interpret complex 2-D drawings and apply GD&T principles
• Monitor and inspect parts throughout the machining process
• Follow company quality and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team to resolve technical issues
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives
