Job summary

Graham Corporation is seeking a CNC Turret Lathe Operator for the second shift. The role requires reading blueprints, setting up tooling, and operating CNC lathes to produce precise components. You will perform in-process inspections and ensure parts meet drawings and QA standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years of CNC Turret Lathe experience, strong measurement skills, and a safety-first mindset. Overtime and overtime pay on this shift, with a $3/hr differential, are provided.

Qualifications

• Technical trades school or equivalent machining training.
• 2+ years CNC Turret Lathe experience.
• Ability to read drawings and set up tooling.
• Follows safety policies and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, program and operate CNC lathe per blueprints and specs.
• Inspect parts for conformance using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Deburr and polish parts as required and document results.
• Follow instructions and maintain safety and housekeeping at all times.
