Job summary

Graham Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Large Lathe Operator for our second shift in Batavia, NY. You will set up and run a CNC lathe from blueprints and specs, inspect parts for conformance, and perform deburring and polishing as required.

The role requires reading drawings, following manuals and instructions, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Overtime and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical trades school or equivalent machining training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years CNC Large Lathe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, program, and operate CNC lathe per drawings and specs.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to select tooling.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document conformance.
• Manually debur and polish machined parts as needed.
• Train or guide other operators when required.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
