Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Familiarity with GD&T principles.
• Solid mechanical knowledge in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills (Vertical and Horizontal) to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine machining specs.
• Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges to meet quality standards.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments.
• Maintain tooling and equipment, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing practices and improve production efficiency.
