Qualifications

• Math skills using metrics, decimals, and fractions.
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools.

• Experience setting up and operating Rollomatic CNC grinding machines.
• Strong understanding of round tool geometry (end mills, drills, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tool drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Load programs, make offsets, and perform minor edits to ensure tool geometry accuracy.
• Perform first‑piece inspection and in‑process checks using measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and tool quality, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance/engineering as needed.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
