ASI is seeking a CNC Router Programmer/Operator in Holly Springs, NC to prepare production files, set up CNC router tables, and produce precision-cut signs. You will follow schedules, inspect parts, and maintain records in a safe manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least two years of CNC router experience, ability to read drawings and cut files, and strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with fabrication and graphics teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating CNC router table equipment.
• Experience setting up CNC router tables for accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, measurements, cut files, and instructions.
• Understanding of measurements and converting fractional to decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality or equipment issues.
• Ability to prioritize and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• CNC Setup and Operation: review orders, transfer files to routers, verify settings, select tooling and material, set up tables, run machines, monitor quality, follow scheduling.
• Production and Quality: complete work to goals, track time, inspect parts, identify issues, prepare parts for next stage, coordinate with other departments.
• Equipment Maintenance and Work Area: perform preventive maintenance, clean and lubricate, manage dust collection, monitor supplies, report issues, keep area organized.
• Safety: follow safety procedures, wear PPE, handle materials safely, report injuries and unsafe conditions promptly.
