Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to program, set up, and operate CNC machines with FANUC controls. The role requires interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, and ensuring parts meet precise tolerances across multiple machines.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Haas-Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill, strong teamwork, and the ability to meet tight production deadlines in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC operations and FANUC controls to program, set up, and troubleshoot machines.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings for tolerance and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Experience with multiple CNC machines and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine setup and programming to meet production requirements.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC Swiss mills and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for part accuracy.
• Select and install tools/fixtures to meet tolerances and production needs.
• Verify part dimensions using micrometers and gauges and document results.
