Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong CAD/CAM and G-code programming knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to ensure efficient production of parts.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) per specs.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints to determine machining steps.
• Select tooling and fixtures to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Monitor processes, perform adjustments and troubleshoot as needed.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain output standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and manufacturability.
• Maintain documentation on machine settings, maintenance logs, and production reports.
• Uphold safety guidelines and safe working practices.
