• Ability to perform shop math and read measuring instruments.

• Ability to communicate machine status and production updates to team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, verify, and edit CNC press brake programs using blueprints and setup sheets.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake equipment; verify material type, thickness, and quantities.
• Complete machine setup including punch/die selection and backgauge positioning; perform checks.
• Read blueprints and setup sheets; verify part orientation and traceability.
• Inspect first-piece and in-process parts for bend angles and tolerances; document results.
• Monitor machine status and alarms; escalate issues per procedures; record production data.
