Weller Metalworks is seeking a CNC Press Brake Machinist for the 2nd shift. You will set up and run press brake equipment, interpret blueprints, and form parts to exact specifications, with in-process checks and first-article inspections.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and working independently on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. High attention to detail and strong measurement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills are required.
• Strong measurement abilities and basic math (fractions and decimals).
• Mechanical aptitude with sharp attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run press brake equipment, selecting/adjusting tooling and dies for each job.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to achieve exact customer specifications.
• Form, process, and verify metal components to precise measurements; perform first-article and in-process inspections.
• Champion a zero-defect mindset and rigorous quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies; flag issues for quick resolution.
