Mettler-Toledo in Columbus, OH seeks a CNC Plasma Fabricator who is safety-minded and detail-oriented to support manufacturing operations. You will operate CNC Plasma and other equipment, follow blueprints and production instructions, and help ensure on-time, quality output.

The role requires 3–5 years of fabrication experience, ability to read drawings, and SAP/MRP data-entry proficiency. Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs; we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of fabrication/manufacturing experience, CNC Plasma.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC Plasma equipment.
• Experience safely operating forklifts and cranes.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
• Ability to inspect work for quality and dimensions.
• Team-based cross-functional fabrication environment.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily production activities according to the production schedule.
• Enter production and inventory data into the MRP system (SAP).
• Maintain product quality throughout the production process.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
• Maintain stock control and pull materials for customer orders.
• Support other departments to fulfill customer orders.
• Participate in 5S and Lean initiatives; safely operate forklifts and cranes.
• Follow safety procedures and identify potential safety concerns.
