Job summary

TradeWorX is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators and VTL Machinists for a temporary-to-direct hire opportunity in the Palmyra, PA area. This is a 1st shift position with immediate interview availability and a pathway to hire-on after 640 hours.

CNC operators, CNC lathe operators, VTL operators, and machinists with blueprint and precision inspection experience are encouraged to apply. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, and life insurance options.

Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience required.
• Blueprint reading and tolerance understanding.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and Vertical Turning Lathe equipment to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints, tolerances, work orders, and specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic setup support.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; support long-term production.
