Job summary

ABB is seeking a 2nd shift Production Operator to set up and run CNC machines, monitor quality, and document production results. The role requires reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools to verify specifications. You will support efficient manufacturing while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma, 6 months of relevant experience, and be able to work overtime. US work authorization and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
