Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a CNC Machining Operator for the 2nd shift to set up, operate and monitor CNC machines, reading work instructions and drawings to ensure parts meet production standards. You will inspect, document, and ensure defect-free parts while maintaining safe practices and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, basic programming, and cross-training on additional machines, with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork in an onsite production

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service.
  • Prior CNC machining experience is required.
  • Previous motor experience preferred.

  • Work safely and collaboratively in a team environment, follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements, cross train on additional machines, and meet production schedules.
