Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience with CNC equipment.
• Solid understanding of mills, drills, taps, cut-offs, feeds and speeds, lubrication.
• Ability to read and interpret product prints for machining processes.
• Experience with safety protocols and working in a live production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment for processing.
• Maintain tooling, clamping, hardware, and software for optimal processes.
• Program parts into equipment and adjust to meet specs.
• Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other tooling.
• Follow production schedules and prepare parts for next operations.
• Move product using lifting devices and keep a clean workspace.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
