Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs.
• Extensive knowledge of machine operation and controls.
• Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills.
• Proven history of using gauges and calipers with CNC work.
• Follows supervisor instructions and defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed part drawings into production measurements.
• Set up and calibrate equipment for projects.
• Operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Run tests to verify outputs meet specifications.
• Ensure procedures comply with company guidelines and safety rules.
• Maintain safe work area and inspect machines at shift end.
• Inspect finished products and compare to requirements.
• Attend training and safety sessions.
