Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years CNC operations experience with HAAS and Fidal machines.
3-5 years experience for CNC II role.
SolidWorks, G-code and Master CAM software highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Review orders, blueprints and drawings to determine specs and procedures.
Install cutting tools and workpiece holders as required.
Position and secure materials on machine table or fixture.
Edit programs and input commands for desired outcomes.
Monitor machine operations and compare readings to specifications.
Ensure safe operation and stop machines as needed.
Check finished parts with precision measuring tools for conformance.
Collaborate with supervisor or programmer to resolve malfunctions and variances.
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools and work areas.
Participate in LEAN initiatives and continue improving processes.
