Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Plainville, MA. The role requires operating CNC mills/lathes to produce precise components per engineering drawings, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years hands-on CNC machining experience in a shop.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting specs.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code is a plus.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• HS diploma or equivalent; machining certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to fabricate components per specifications.
• Load, secure, and machine raw materials with accuracy.
• Read drawings and verify dimensions with precision tools.
• Monitor tool wear, offsets, and machine performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area per 5S/OSHA.
• Document production data and quality checks in logs.
