Job summary

TransPak Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to process metal parts through milling, drilling and bending. The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety.

Candidates should have prior CNC experience, be proficient with CAD/CAM systems (V-Carve preferred), and possess strong math and technical skills. This on-site role requires precise work and attention to detail to maintain efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior CNC operator experience.

• Ability to interpret 3D drawings.
• Knowledge of mathematics and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Change collets, tool inserts, tool blocks and tool holders.
• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines.
• Process all necessary adjustments to machines (Offset Wear & Geometry).
• Inspect finished products and ensure they match blueprints.
• Lead and execute test runs; keep machine log of actions.
• Turn instructions into computer commands for production.
