Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and prior CNC experience, with strong analytical and software skills to support CAD/CAM workflows. This is an on-site position offering hands-on production in a metalworking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience as a CNC operator is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to interpret 3D design blueprints.
• Knowledge of mathematics and mechanics is beneficial.
• Proficient software and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Change collets, tool inserts, tool blocks and tool holders.
• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines during production.
• Lead test runs and inspect finished parts against blueprints.
• Maintain documentation of machine actions and production data.
• Perform basic routine maintenance on machines as directed.
• Ensure safe operations by following safety rules and regulations.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for production.
