Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to run CNC vertical and horizontal machines in our Machining Center and perform light maintenance. You will also visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment to customers in aerospace and defense applications.

The ideal candidate reads tolerances from blueprints, can perform basic math, and engages in safe, precise operation with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/O-1 etc. will be provided.
• Residence within 50 miles/80 km of the Lancaster facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC vertical and horizontal machines in the Machining Center.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Conduct visual quality inspections of parts before shipping.
• Adhere to Boyd Thermal by Eaton policies and procedures.
