Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. You will ensure parts meet quality standards and work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

This role is onsite with a 4th shift schedule (Mon & Fri 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Sat & Sun 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM) and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on 3-axis CNC machining or equivalent schooling.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines.
• Ability to support 4th shift hours (training may occur on different shift).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products.
• Set up and adjust machine settings for accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines for optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Support 4th shift schedule.
