Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts. You will monitor performance, adjust settings, and ensure parts meet quality specifications, while collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on 3-axis CNC machining and assembly or equivalent schooling.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines.
• Ability to support 4th shift hours; training may occur on a different shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use measuring and machining tools such as micrometer and caliper.
