Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts in a Minneapolis onsite facility. The role supports 5th shift hours with specific schedules and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

You will ensure parts meet quality specs, work with the production team to optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence within manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience working on 3-axis CNC machining and assembly or equivalent schooling.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines.
• Ability to support 5th shift hours, not including any mandated overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use measuring and machining tools (micrometer and caliper).
