Job summary

Baxter is seeking a CNC Operator III for the 3rd shift (10:15pm - 6:45am) at Skaneateles Falls, NY. The role involves operating and monitoring CNC and manual machine tools to manufacture high-quality components according to drawings and specifications.

You will join Manufacturing Operations to maintain production schedules, ensure quality, and comply with GMP/regulatory standards. Applicants should have 1-2 years CNC Machining experience, be able to read drawings, and use precision measuring

Qualifications

• 1-2 years CNC Machining experience required or preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand measurement tools and precision gauges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ability to manage and organize complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings to determine specifications.
• Preset tools using tool measuring equipment.
• Monitor operations and take corrective action as needed.
• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment in the department.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify parts.
• Detect and report issues with equipment, materials, or processes.
• Maintain quality standards and keep accurate records.
