Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator III in the United States to operate and monitor CNC and manual machines, producing high-quality components to engineering specifications. You will join a Manufacturing Operations team that drives quality, production scheduling, and safe, efficient workflows.

The role requires 1–2 years of CNC machining, GMP knowledge, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, and comparators. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years CNC machining experience preferred.
• GMP knowledge and regulatory awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC and manual machining tools to manufacture components.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Set up tools and measure with calipers/micrometers/fixed gauges.
• Maintain quality standards and safety procedures.
• Keep accurate records and reports.
