Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC/operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components.

The role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring the machines run smoothly, and maintaining high-quality standards for production output. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions
• Knowledge of machine settings
• Understand measuring equipment for metalworking
• Perform tool offsets & minor program changes
• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and modify programs when required
• Understanding of index-able, carbide, and high-speed tooling
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure components to ensure conformance with specifications
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and adheres to all safety procedures
• Responsible for preventive maintenance on machines
• This is a mobile position with typical weightlifting requirements of ten pounds but may be up to fifty pounds periodically. Material handling equipment is used on all heavy loads.
• Perform quality checks
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
