Job summary

Qualifications

• Safe operation or learning to operate CNC and Multi Cam equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to develop technical knowledge.
• Experience operating a forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
• Attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality.
• Inventory management and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to prioritize production needs and work independently.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and Multi Cam equipment to meet quality standards.
• Interpret production requirements and machine instructions to process materials correctly.
• Manage plant inventory for assigned materials and components and maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with materials teams to ensure items are available when needed.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials around the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and Multi Cam equipment.
• Inspect equipment for issues and communicate needs for maintenance.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area following 6S.
• Document production, maintenance, inventory, and material movement accurately.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to improve machine knowledge.
