Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate a range of woodworking machines to fabricate cabinets, furniture, countertops, and mirrors. You will verify part counts and quality before shipment and perform routine machine maintenance.

The role requires ability to read measurement tools, basic math, and adherence to safety protocols in a loud, fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts on site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and hand tools to fabricate and repair cabinets and furniture.
• Check parts for quantity and quality before moving to the next process.
• Perform daily maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and handle basic machine problems; participate in a team environment.
• Assist in meeting production schedules and quality checks.
