Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate or learn CNC and Multi Cam equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop advanced technical knowledge.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and recognize equipment abnormalities.
• Experience operating a forklift or willingness to obtain required certification.
• Strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor CNC and Multi Cam equipment to meet quality and production standards.
• Interpret production requirements and specifications to ensure correct material processing.
• Manage the plant inventory for assigned materials and prepared components with accuracy.
• Coordinate with materials teams to ensure necessary items are available when needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store materials safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues before they affect production.
