Job summary

Premier Aerospace Group NY, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and program Mazak 5-axis mills, following blueprints and specifications to produce high-precision aerospace parts. You will run Mazatrol and G-code programs, ensure tight tolerances across various materials, and document measurements for traceability.

A strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and teamwork will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with Mazak 5-axis milling centers.
• Proven CNC programming and setup from prints.
• Fluent in Mazatrol and G-code; Mastercam knowledge is a plus.

Core capabilities

• 5–7 years of experience with Mazak 5-axis milling centers.
• Proven CNC programming and setup per print/written requirements.
• Fluent in Mazatrol and G-code; understanding of Mastercam is a plus.
• Advanced blueprint/spec reading and tolerance control.
• Skilled with precision metrology (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
• Detail-first documentation and continuous-improvement mindset.
