Premier Aerospace Group NY, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC programmer/operator to run Mazak 5-axis milling centers. You will translate blueprints into Mazatrol and G-code, set up machines from written instructions, and ensure tight tolerances on complex parts.

You will document measurements for traceability, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with Mazak 5-axis milling centers.
• Proven CNC programming and setup per print/written requirements.
• Fluent in Mazatrol and G-code; understanding of Mastercam is a plus.
• Advanced blueprint/spec reading and tolerance control.
• Skilled with precision metrology (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
• Detail-first documentation and continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Mazak CNC 5-axis mills to manufacture high-quality parts and assemblies.
• Program and set up equipment from blueprints, specifications, and written instructions; leverage Mazatrol/G-code.
• Hold tight tolerances while machining a variety of materials.
• Perform meticulous measurement and documentation for traceability and quality.
• Elevate team outcomes through productivity, cooperation, accurate data collection, and a positive attitude.
