Job summary

Vaupell Industrial is seeking skilled CNC Machinists - Milling to join our Agawam, MA facility on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines to produce precision parts, holding tight tolerances and ensuring parts meet specifications.

Strong problem-solving at the machine and attention to detail are essential. Qualified candidates will have 2 years CNC experience, familiarity with FANUC controls, and ability to read drawings with GD&T.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years CNC machining experience.
• Working knowledge of FANUC controls.
• Reading technical drawings and basic GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Select and use tooling appropriate for each job.
• Mark program edits and troubleshoot as needed.
• Read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Maintain quality documentation per regulations and internal standards.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and customer requirements.
