Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in CNC milling or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts.
• Experience using precision measurement gauges.

Responsibilities

• Setup/Operate CNC Milling machines.
• Complete first piece inspection prior to sending part to quality for formal FAI.
• Use blueprints to ensure proper dimensions on finished parts.
• Troubleshoot CNC malfunctions and alert proper personnel when necessary.
• Use inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc.
