Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our precision machining team. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per blueprints, monitor performance, and inspect finished products using precision tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining certification preferred.
Experience as CNC Mill Operator or similar role.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations and adjust for optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with team to improve processes and efficiency.
Willingness to work with sheet metal during CNC downtime.
