Job summary

Faxon Firearms in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a CNC Mill operator to operate horizontal and vertical CNC and manual machines. You will load parts, cycle machines, detect malfunctions, and maintain a safe, organized environment. ITAR access is required and U.S. persons only apply.

The role requires reading blueprints, using micrometers/calipers, and following quality procedures. Candidates must have at least 6 months of CNC experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in CNC Mill or Lathe.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding operation drawings.
• Familiarity with micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand operation drawings.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mill and lathe equipment and load parts.
• Cycle machines, inspect parts, and report defects.
• Maintain gauges/calibrations and complete paperwork.
• Follow router/quotas and ensure quality in-process inspections.
• Assist with general machine maintenance and clean work area.
