Avalign Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applications Engineer/ CNC Programmer for Mills in Fort Wayne, IN. You will create and optimize CNC mill programs, develop toolpaths, and ensure tight tolerances in medical device components.

Ideal candidates have a strong CAD/CAM background with 10+ years in manufacturing, including Esprit/Mastercam and SolidWorks, and a proven ability to mentor others in advanced machining techniques.

Qualifications

• AS Degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience with CAD/CAM software packages (Esprit/Mastercam & Solidworks preferred).
• Experience with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment and medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and verify CNC mill programs and setup sheets.
• Develop toolpaths and drawings in CAD/CAM software.
• Set up, prove out, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for production.
