Job summary

TempExperts is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Tampa, FL to join a global engineering and manufacturing organization. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, perform precision inspections, read blueprints, and ensure quality in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; tech school/associate preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools.
• CNC or machining experience preferred; Wire EDM a plus but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and production specifications.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and reliable in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Use calipers to set up machinery for cutting.
• Operate hydraulic presses to attach fittings to shafts.
• Perform precision inspections with micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Record inspection results in production database.
• Read blueprints and production specifications.
• Maintain quality and follow safety procedures.
