Job summary

Anchor Harvey is seeking a CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting to operate mills or lathes and ensure parts meet specifications. You will load materials, monitor cycles, and perform in-process inspections with standard gauges.

The role requires reading work instructions and basics of GD&T, maintaining 5S work areas, and adhering to PPE and safety policies while contributing to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Use measuring tools with accuracy.
• Understand GD&T concepts.
• Operate CNC equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) per work instructions.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine operations and identify irregularities or malfunctions.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document production results and report quality or production issues.
