Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer for first shift to produce precision components in a heavy industrial setting. Responsibilities include CNC programming, setting up and operating lathes and mills, and inspecting parts to ensure tight tolerances.

Candidate will read drawings, create and modify G-code for Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain controls and use calipers and micrometers for measurement. Safety and reliability are essential, with occasional extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret machining drawings and documentation.
• Produce parts to tight tolerances (0.0005 inches).
• Create and modify programs using G-code on multiple controls.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools.
