Job summary

Technetics Semi, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a CNC Machinist in Daytona Beach, FL to manufacture a wide range of complex parts using machine tools, with emphasis on milling/lathe operations and basic programming under supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CNC experience, the ability to read blueprints, CAD-CAM skills preferred, and familiarity with inspection tools; strong teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of CNC milling/lathe/router machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and sketches.
• CAD-CAM programming ability preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic set-up and operation of machines with supervision.
• Writes basic programs for CNC machines with supervision.
• Manufactures parts from drawings or blueprints.
• Performs tool recalibration and maintenance.
• Inspects work using micrometers, calipers, etc. to measure features.
• Deburrs parts.
