Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist/Operator to manufacture precision components in Claremore, OK on-site. The role requires setup and operation of CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet specs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year CNC experience, knowledge of GD&T, and the ability to troubleshoot. Local oilfield or manufacturing exposure is a plus; compensation is $25-32/hr on W2 for day shift.

Qualifications

1+ year of CNC machining experience.
Experience with CNC lathes, mills, saws, or similar equipment.
Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T.
Basic understanding of algebra and geometry used in machining.
Ability to make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic issues.
Manufacturing or oilfield equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, saws, and machining equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
Monitor machines and make adjustments when needed.
Work with dimensions, tolerances, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
