Job summary

Pall Corporation in DeLand, FL, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components for Pall’s production needs. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is an on-site position within the Operations team.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience with CNC machining; they should be able to read blueprints and GD&T and use precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture parts in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.
• Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to verify quality requirements and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
