Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two to five years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong safety orientation and reliability in a shop setting.
• Able to work in a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill and lathe to fabricate precision parts.
• Load materials into machines after inspection and run cycles.
• Measure dimensions and verify conformance to blueprints and check sheets.
• Monitor machine operation and respond to tool wear or vibration.
• Maintain safe operations, coolant levels, and clean work area.
• Document tooling offset changes and coordinate with management on issues.
