Job summary

Pexco LLC in Wallingford, CT is seeking CNC machinists to independently machine and measure precision plastic components, operating CNC mills and lathes safely.

You will read blueprints with GD&T, perform first piece and in-process inspection, keep OEE and hourly sheets, and use CMM and basic measurement tools.

Candidates should be able to work alone or in a team and follow all safety rules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill machines.
• Read blueprints and GD&T.
• Follow and complete First piece & in-process inspection plans.
• Maintain hour by hour sheets and OEE sheets.
• Operate inspection equipment including CMM.
• Perform basic tool setting with offsets.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area for safety.
• Review and complete required daily documentation.
• Complete other related or assigned tasks as needed.
